About Assistant Professor Dr. Sandra J. Diller
University-certified coach & trainer
In addition to my professorship in organizational psychology at Seeburg Castle University and my research on the topics of coaching, leadership, mindfulness and new working environments (in affiliation with the Institute of Coaching, Harvard Medical School & the LMU Center for Leadership and People Management), I have been working as a coach and trainer since 2011. I am a university-certified coach (University of Salzburg) and trainer for social skills (LMU Munich). Since 2016, I have further co-lead the coach training at my previous and recent university (this is the link to our MBA in Coaching). As my coach training is based on systemic behavioral psychology and positive psychology, I bring an integrative and individually needs-oriented perspective into my coachings. Due to my additional training as a yoga teacher and research on the topic of mindfulness, I also like to incorporate mental health exercises.

Lectures, podcasts & newspaper articles
As knowledge transfer is important to me, I not only write scientific articles and books, but also spread this knowledge through lectures and media contributions.
